www.santamedusa.es reserves the right to make changes to products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions at any time. All the prices of the products displayed on the web include VAT. In the event that a customer makes a purchase decision based on a typographical error or beyond our control, we will proceed to notify him of this error and cancel the order.
2) Delivery times
As all my jewellery is lovingly handcrafted please allow approximately up to 2-3 weeks for the production of your item(s) and additional time to post your item(s) to you.
We may experience delays when shipping to Mexico and South America.
PLEASE NOTE: Duties and taxes for international shipments are not included in your shipping costs. Items purchased outside of the EU will receive a customs fee, calculated by your local customs authority.

– Free shipping for orders over 100 €
– 6 € delivery fee for orders under 100 €
Europe
– Free shipping for orders over 150 €
– 8 € delivery fee for orders under 150 €
US
– 22€ delivery fee
– 45 € 24 hrs delivery fee
Rest of the World
– 25 € delivery fee
The postage of any order that the client wishes to return for reasons other than the poor condition of the product, or to manage a guarantee, will be borne by the client.
4) Returns
In case of return of an order due to change of size, model or color of the product, the return costs will be paid by the consumer, except in those cases in which the proven cause of the return is an original defect. The return of products must always be made in their original packaging without deterioration.
